- Check for Prod'n Date and Exp. Date for All Oil and Chemical
- Inventory for All Type Oil and Chemical
-Receiving storing issue of all materials & equipment received by the maintenance workshop
-Maintaining stock levels consumables and spare parts
-Ordering of equipment spare parts through main stores using shell(m.e.s.c.)System, maintenance of all work shop records with computer system
